These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of casparshdodani.in (the "Website") and your purchase of IBS 360°, SAMADHAN, or any other product or service offered by CA Sparsh Dodani ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About us
This Website is operated by CA Sparsh Dodani, a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, providing CA Final Paper 6 (Integrated Business Solutions) study material and related educational resources.
2. Products & pricing
- IBS 360° and SAMADHAN are printed study material products for CA Final Paper 6 (Integrated Business Solutions), shipped physically. Shipping is free on all orders.
- The IBS 360° Course is a digital product — video sessions and material accessed online via an access key/login issued after purchase.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- We reserve the right to change prices, edition content, or availability at any time without prior notice; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- Free resources (e.g. the Decision Engine PDF) are provided in exchange for your name and email, used as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Orders and payment
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
- An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured by Razorpay.
- Pre-booked orders: the discounted checkout link is unlocked only after we verify that the name and email you enter match the details used at the time of pre-booking. If verification fails, you may place a New Order at full price, or contact us to resolve a mismatch.
- You are responsible for providing accurate name, email, phone, and (for physical orders) shipping address details. We are not liable for delivery failure caused by incorrect information you provided.

6. Intellectual property

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, photocopy, scan, or share (digitally or physically) any part of these materials without our prior written consent. Unauthorised distribution may result in legal action.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this Website — including attempting unauthorised access to any part of it, using it to transmit harmful code, or using the free-resource forms to submit false information.
