Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. What we ship
IBS 360° and SAMADHAN are shipped as printed books to the address you provide at checkout, within India. The IBS 360° Course is a digital product — no physical shipping applies; see Section 8 below for how course access is delivered.
2. Dispatch & delivery timelines

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier network issues, weather, regional restrictions, or incorrect address details, which are outside our control.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders, across India. No delivery fee is added at checkout.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking details (courier name and tracking ID/AWB number) via WhatsApp and/or email using the contact details you provided at checkout.
5. Delivery address
Please double-check your shipping address, pincode, and phone number at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details you provided. If you need to correct your address after placing an order, contact us immediately, before dispatch.
6. Failed or delayed delivery
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window above, contact us with your order ID at sparshdodanica@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 77190 11388 and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
7. Damaged in transit
If your book arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible, or contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how replacements are handled.
8. Digital delivery — IBS 360° Course
The IBS 360° Course is delivered digitally. After successful payment, we generate and share your access key/login details via WhatsApp and/or email using the contact details you provided at checkout, typically within 24 hours. There is no physical shipment for this product. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations work before your key is generated.
